About VBSPU
Veer Bahadur Singh Paranuchal University Jaunpur is a public state University that was established in the year 1987 as an affiliating university under the U.P. state university act 1973. Erstwhile it was known as Paranuchal University but got its name changed to honor the late Shri Veer Bahadur Singh, former Chief Minister of the state.
The college has 900+ affiliate colleges where candidates take admission into the university. The university has various departments and a center of Excellence offering numerous courses to the candidates. There are lakhs of students that take admission into the university every year.

VBSPU Eligibility Criteria to take Admission
The following are the eligibility criteria to take admission into VBSPU-
B.Tech.
The candidate must have passed class 12th from a recognized university in subjects like Physics, Chemistry, and Maths. To take admission, the candidates are also required to have a JEE Main score as per the cut-off released by the university
B.Sc
The candidate must have passed class 12th from a recognized university in subjects like Physics, Chemistry, and Maths
Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.)
The candidates are required to have passed graduation in any discipline
Master of Computer Application (M.C.A.)
The candidates are required to have passed graduation in any discipline with maths as a subject in graduation or 12th and with necessary bridge courses
Bachelor of Pharmacy
The candidates are required to have passed class 12th or equivalent from a recognized board in the science stream

The candidates are required to have passed a Bachelor of Arts or other similar programs from a recognized university
