BCECE stands for Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination is state level entrance examination for UG courses. This entrance exam will make candidates eligible for multiple courses like Medical, engineering, technology, and agriculture.   • BCECE 2024 will make a candidate eligible for admission to the BCECE Agriculture colleges of Bihar

Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria are different for different courses. The following are the eligibility criteria for the different courses-

For Engineering Courses

Education Qualification– Candidate must have passed class 10+2 with a minimum of 45%, however, for reserved category SC/ST 40% minimum is required from a recognized university. Candidates must have a subject selection of Mathematics and Physics as compulsory subjects and one of Chemistry or Biology or Biotechnology as an optional subject

Education Qualification– Candidates apply for Pharmacy courses must have qualified 10+2 with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects and one of the Mathematics or Biology as optional subjects

BCECE 2024 Application Form

The Application form of BCECE can be filled online. The following are the steps by step application process-

  • Visit the official website of the Karnataka ITI-bceceboard.bihar.gov.in
  • Click on the ‘New Candidate Registration’ and start filling in the required details like email ID password etc.
  • Now, verify the email by clicking on the verification link send by Karnataka ITI
  • Now, Log in to your account and click on the apply button
  • A form will appear, fill the form with correct information
  • Now upload your scanned passport size photograph
  • Now you have to upload the scanned copy of all the certificates and documents mentioned below
  • Now a payment gateway will open where you have to pay the application fee using Credit/Debit, UPI, Net Banking, or challan
  • Take a print out of the payment confirmation slip and the application for future uses

Documents required for Karnataka ITI Admission

The following are the list of documents required for Karnataka ITI Admission-

  • Scanned Passport Size photograph under 1 MB
  • Scanned copy of class  10th, passed certificate/ Mark Sheet showcasing all the marks obtained in the subjects

Exam Pattern

The BCECE entrance examination is MCQ based exam with a two stage exam. In Stage-I, three subjects with 50 questions each will be asked. For every correct answer the candidate will be awarded with 3 marks and for wrong answer no marks will be dedicated. Candidates will be provided with 90 minutes to complete the examination.

In stage-II examination, a total of 100 questions will be asked from each subject. For every correct answer the candidate will be awarded with 3 marks and for wrong answer no marks will be dedicated. Candidates will be provided with 90 minutes to complete the examination. The following are the examination patter for the BCECE entrance examination-

BCECE 2024 Counselling

A counselling session will be organized for the candidates who have qualified for the entrance examination. Based on the merit list, the candidates will be offered different colleges to choose from. You can choose the colleges based on your liking, fees, location, etc. when appearing for the counselling session of a particular college, the candidate must provide relevant documents in original as well as a printout. The following are the list of documents that are required during the counselling session-
