CPNET Eligibility Criteria

The following are the eligibility criteria for the CPNET entrance examination-

B.Sc. Nursing-

  • The candidate must have passed class 12th from a recognized board with at least 50% marks (40% for reserved category candidates) in subjects like physics, Chemistry, and Biology

B.Pharma-

  • The candidate must have passed class 12th from a recognized board with 50% marks in the stream like PCM or PCB

G.N.M, A.N.M-

  • The candidates must have passed class 12th from a recognized board with a minimum of 40% marks (35% for reserved category candidates)

BPT, BMLT, BRIT, B.Optom-

  • The candidates must have passed class 12th from a recognized board with subjects like physics, chemistry, Science, and English with at least 50% marks (45% marks for reserved category candidates)

Diploma courses-

  • The candidates must have passed class 10th from a recognized board with at least 45% marks aggregated

CPNET Application Form 2024

The following are the step-by-step instructions on the CPNET Application form

  • Visit the official website of Uttar Pradesh University of Medical Science
  • Now, navigate to the course tab and click on the course you want to pursue i.e. Diploma or UG course
  • After clicking on the desired course, a new page will appear click on the Apply button followed by getting yourself registered using your email ID and password
  • After registration is complete, log in to your account using your login credentials
  • Now, a form will appear which you have to fill in with correct details like name, address, education qualification, etc. followed by uploading the documents mentioned below
  • After uploading the documents, you have to make the payment of the application form using a credit card or debit card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.
  • Make sure to take a printout of the application form and payment receipt for future use
