The full form of DNB CET is Diplomate National Board Centralized Entrance Test. This exam is one of the largest entrance examinations organized by the National Board of Examinations or NBE. The students can go for DNB CET after completing the MBBS degree. The most important thing about this examination is that after passing the exam conducted by NBE, the candidate will also have to pass another entrance exam known as the Common Entrance Test. Eligibility Criteria for DNB CET

Students who wish to take the DNB CET examination must satisfy several eligibility requirements. Students who fail to comply with these requirements will have their candidature rejected at any stage of the complete examination, counselling, and admission process. By NBE guidelines, these criteria are set for students by this authority. In addition, students must meet every one of the following requirements:

• During the application process, the student should declare their Indian nationality.
• Medical Council of India requirements requires the student to hold an MBBS and an MD/MS degree from an accredited educational institution.
• Those with postgraduate medical degrees in addition to provisional medical accreditation with a date of graduation of 31st December 2020 qualify. 
• By 31st December 2020, students who have applied must have completed their three-year rotational training.
• This examination is not open to students who are enrolled in DM/Mch and DNB courses.
• A student must be registered with MCI/State Medical Council to apply for DNB CET 2023 exam. Proof of registration with these two organizations must be presented to these authorities at the time of counselling.

DNB CET Application Forms

Application forms for DNB CET are available only online at www.cet.natboard.edu.in. It should be noted the application form cannot be printed or submitted in any other way. The candidate must first thoroughly go through the information brochure before filling out the application form. In theory, the registration form will be available from Friday, 6th November to Friday, 27th November.

A filled-out form that appears in some way incomplete will be rejected. To ensure a successful application, please fill out the form carefully and completely. The following steps provide an overview of how to fill out the application form for DNB CET:

The first step is to register.

• Click the link below to access the official website of the NATIONAL BOARD OF EXAMINATIONS (NBE).
• Fill in all of the basic information that is prompted on the screen. Below you will find some mandatory details:
• Name of the candidate
• Date of birth (dd/mm/yyyy format) for the candidate
• Mobile phone number of candidate (10 digits)
• The nationality
• Candidate’s e-mail address
• Years of Completion (10th, 12th, graduation)
• Name of the Guardian
• The category of the applicant (SC/ST/ Other)
• The number associated with Aadhaar
• A confirmation e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address following your click on the displayed link.
• Please enter the e-mail address and password that is registered on your account.

The application form is the second step.

• Tap on the link DNB CET 2023 application form after you have logged in with your registered e-mail address and password.
• A screen will appear displaying the application form.
• Along with the educational information, make sure the form contains all of your necessary personal information (name, gender, date of birth, religion, etc.).
• Complete the form and submit it.
• Make sure you record the application ID for future use.
• To be eligible for this process, candidates must answer a security question they desire, which they must remember till the end of this process.
• The form can be downloaded (pdf format) and saved on your computer
• The application form needs to be printed.

The third step involves uploading images and documents

• Make sure the passport photo, signature, and all the educational documents are scanned.
• Follow the NBE’s guidelines for uploading them in the recommended format and resolution.
• Unless the resolution complies with the system’s guidelines, documents will not be accepted.

Payment of the application fee is the fourth step

• Applicants will be able to pay their application fees online (via a debit card, credit card, or net banking account). Fees are not refundable, and the charges are non-negotiable
• Please print the displayed confirmation page as proof for your records.
• It is INR 4500 for all categories and genders. That is, it is the same for everyone.

DNB CET Registration

After the registration and scheduling processes are completed, candidates who applied for this examination will be allowed to sit for the DNB CET 2023 Exam. Admission cards will be available online on the website of the National Board of Examination. You will not receive it through the postal service.

The candidates need to print out the admit cards that they downloaded from the website and take them along with them to the exam. To complete the task, the participant will paste a picture in the provided space. Candidates must bring along identity proof, and they are admitted card to the exam on the day of the exam.

What is the procedure for downloading the admit card?

For candidates to download DNB CET 2023, they must follow the following steps:

1. The official website of NBE can be accessed here.
2. Please enter the application number and exam name of your DNB CET 2021 application.
3. On the screen, applicants will see their admit card, and they will then be directed to the downloading portal.
4. You will find a link for downloading the admit card for CET 2023 from DNB.
5. The admission card may be downloaded and saved.
