SLIET SET Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria of SLIET SET is as follows-
- The candidate must be a citizen of India
Education Qualification
The education qualification of the candidates depends on the courses. The following are the educational qualification required by the candidates-
Engineering Courses (B.Tech or B.E)
- Candidates should have completed their higher secondary /PUC with at least 45% marks and 40% for those who belong to SC and ST categories in subjects such as physics, mathematics, chemistry, and Biology
- Candidate must have a valid JEE score and the ranking as per the cut-off
Medical Courses (MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BUMS, and BHMS)
- Candidates should have done Higher Secondary/PUC with at least 50% and 40% for those who belong to SC/ST categories in the subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, and Biology
- Scores of NEET entrance examination is also required
B.Pharm
- Candidates should have done Higher Secondary/PUC with at least 45% marks and 40% for those who belong to SC/ST categories in the subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, and Biology
B.Arch
- Candidates should have done Higher Secondary/PUC with at least 50% marks and 40% for those who belong to SC/ST categories with Mathematics as one of the subjects
- Candidates are required to have a valid NATA Score with ranking as per the cut-off
B.V.Sc & A.H
- Candidates should have done Higher Secondary/PUC with at least 50% marks and 40% for those who belong to SC/ST categories with subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
Agriculture
- Candidates should have done Higher Secondary/PUC with subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology.
D-pharmacy
- Candidates should have done Higher Secondary/PUC with at least 45% marks or else diploma in pharmacy.
M.Sc Program
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 55% marks (50% in case of reserved categories) in the subject applying for
Ph.D. Program
- The candidate must be possess a Master’s Degree in Engineering, Technology, Science, Humanities, Management with at least 55% marks (50% for reserved categories) in the relevant disciplines.
M. Tech Program
- Candidate must have done B. Tech/ B.E/ B.Sc (Engg) with at least 60% marks (55% for reserved categories) in addition to the valid GATE score
MBA Programme
- Candidate must have done graduation with at least 55% marks (50% for reserved categories) with the relevant CAT/ CMAT score.
SLIET SET Admission Process

- Click on the ‘New Candidate Registration’ and start filling in the required details like email ID password etc.
- Now, verify the email by clicking on the verification link send by SLIET
- Now, Log in to your account and click on the apply button
- A form will appear, fill the form with correct information
- Now upload your scanned passport size photograph
- Now you have to upload the scanned copy of all the certificates and documents mentioned below
- Now a payment gateway will open where you have to pay the application fee using Credit/Debit, UPI, Net Banking, or challan
- Take a print out of the payment confirmation slip and the application for future uses
