UPMT Eligibility Criteria

- The age of candidates must be in between 17 to 25 years of age
- The candidates must have passed classes 10th and 12th from a recognized board with a minimum of 50% marks in subjects like Chemistry, Physics, and Biology
- 5 years of relaxation will be provided to the candidates who belong to the reserved category candidates
UPMT Application Form 2024
You can follow these steps to fill out the application form for UPMT-
- Visit the official website of UPMT and click on the registration link
- Now, you’ll have to create an account with your email ID and password
- After creating the user credential for login, you’ll have to log in to your website using the login credentials
- After logging in, fill out the application form with details like name, address, education qualification, etc.
- After filling out the application form, upload the documents mentioned below followed by clicking on the pay button
- You can make payments using your credit/debit card, Net Banking, UPI, etc.
- Make sure to take a printout of the application form and payment receipt for the future use

UPMT Counselling 2024
The counseling at UPMT will be conducted for the candidates to participate and confirm their admission. The candidates are required to fill out the counseling form of the college they want to take admitted into. The admission will be provided by the university based on the entrance examination scores which will be released as a cut-off mark.
