Assam SLET Eligibility Criteria

The following are the eligibility criteria for the Assam SLET examination–

• The candidate must be a citizen of India with the domicile in Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Manipur, Meghalaya, Sikkim, and Tripura however, outside these states can also participate in the examination under quota
• The candidates are required to pass a Post-Graduation degree in their field from a recognized university with at least 55% marks (50% marks for reserved category)in the qualifying examinations.
• There are no age limits for taking the examination

• After clicking on the apply button, you have to fill the form with correct details like name, address, education qualification, etc.
• Now, upload the documents mentioned below and click on the Next button
• After uploading the documents, click on the pay button which you can pay using your credit card/debit card, net banking, UPI, etc.
• After paying the payment fee,  make sure to take a printout of the application form and payment receipt

Assam SLET Selection Procedure

The candidates who scored more marks than the cut-off marks will be provided with the certification. A pass certification will be provided and the candidates can then apply for various posts in Government, Private or semi-private colleges and institutions for the post of Assistant professor.
